Sarah Meyer-Kerg joined Columbia Financial in 2012 and serves as Director of Operations. She brings a strong foundation in business strategy and operations, holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Prior to joining Columbia, Sarah worked for one of the nation’s largest independent benefits brokerage firms, gaining valuable insight into the challenges faced by business owners and their employees—a perspective she leverages in serving Columbia’s clients.
At Columbia Financial, Sarah plays a key role in driving growth while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards. She is especially passionate about developing streamlined systems and processes that enhance the efficiency and ease of the advisory and planning experience for clients.
Outside of work, Sarah values time spent with her husband, Travis, their energetic 6-year-old son, Cole, and their American Bully, Lexus. Whether it’s exploring local parks, cheering from the sidelines of youth sports, or enjoying family movie nights, she embraces the joy and chaos of family life. A lifelong Ohioan, Sarah is also a devoted sports fan and can often be found cheering on her favorite teams—the Dayton Flyers and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
